Dog Bite Barbecue began over a decade ago in the backyard, fueled by a love for cooking and bringing people together over great food. What started as casual cooks quickly grew into a commitment to learning the craft of barbecue and doing it the right way.
In 2021, that passion moved to the competition circuit at the Country Roads BBQ Clash in Morgantown, West Virginia. Our Competition experience has sharpened our skills and reinforced the values that define our approach today—consistency, attention to detail, and respect for the process.
Dog Bite Barbecue takes those competition-driven roots beyond the plate. We serve barbecue inspired by championship techniques and share what we’ve learned along the way, creating an experience where people can eat, learn, and connect around food worth gathering for.
