Our menu is built around our favorite competition meats—ribs, pork, and brisket (sorry, chicken). Each is prepared using a blend of Texas and Kansas City barbecue styles, cooked low and slow, then finished with the same seasonings and sauces that have earned us great success on the competition circuit.
